@natashas_baking: Who else would go to extreme lengths (aka the floor) just to catch the perfect light? 😂📸 The recipe for this amazing cheesy garlic pull apart bread: Dough: • 350g bread flour • 30g granulated sugar • 6g sea salt • 6g instant dry yeast • 130g whole milk (room temperature) • 50g egg (1 medium egg) • 30g unsalted butter (softened) Roasted Garlic Butter: • 1 head of garlic • ½ tbsp olive oil • 1 pinch flaky sea salt • 1 pinch black pepper • 70g unsalted butter • 1 ½ tbsp chopped parsley Cheese: • 2 cups mozzarella cheese Instructions: Night Before: 1. Mix all dough ingredients until a strong gluten structure forms. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next Day: 1. Roast garlic at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes. 2. Roll out the dough. 3. Mix all garlic butter ingredients and spread over the dough. 4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly. 5. Shape. 6. Proof for 1-2 hours until puffy. 7. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 28-30 minutes.
