@workoutqueen50: I fractured my fibula while roller skating. I am one week post injury and have already seen a specialist. I was moved to a boot and decided to start light leg exercises to strengthen my leg muscles. please consult you doctor. I will do these each day to help keep my strength up. I recommend you start with 3 sets of 10 and work your way up. 1)quad set 2) straight leg rise 3)side hip rasie 4) donkey kicks 5) Fire Hydrent 6) Quad rasies 7) hamstring curls Try these daily *I am not a professional just sharing my journey. #fibulafracture #legstrength #brokenleg #workout #legstrength
