@dana_conway: Flavours so good, they’d text back immediately😏 Welcome back to “Single, but cooking like someone’s falling for me tonight.” Who’s hungry? 👀😏 Korean Chicken Burger • 2 chicken breasts (butterflied) • 2 egg whites • 100g breadcrumbs • 2 tbsp gochujang paste • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste • 1 tsp sesame oil •. 2 brioche buns (toasted) • Coleslaw • Sriracha mayo • pickled onions and cucumbers 1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. 2. Dip the butterflied chicken into egg whites, then coat with breadcrumbs. 3. Air fry for 18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown. 4. Heat gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic and ginger paste, and sesame oil in a pan for 1-2 minutes. 5. Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce. 6. Spread sriracha mayo on the toasted brioche buns. 7.
