I had a C-Section in Ohio in 2023 and I only got ibuprofen and Tylenol after surgery for pain management. Husband got better pain meds for his outpatient vasectomy and told to sit on the couch.

I wasn't given any pain meds after 77 hour labor, failed epidural, 7 hours pushing, nearly 4th degree tear. I told them a million times the stitches were tearing when I was in the bathroom, they 1/2

The day of my C-section a nurse came around to give me pain meds 4 hours after it and I said right now I’m still feeling a bit numb from the spinal so not sure I need it yet. She said this will be 1/2

I didn't realize how painful kidney failure is and when my kidneys failed after my birth I didn't get anything because ibuprofen makes me throw up. they just left me alone screaming in pain. 🫠

I’m in Canada and had two c sections. Yup, Tylenol and Advil. That was it, and I was formula feeding so it had nothing to do with affecting the breastmilk.

In the UK they only give you paracetamol and ibuprofen and you have to ask for it they don't give it to you without you asking for it

My 2nd c-section my hubs and I warned them I would puke and they assured me I wouldn’t. I did…a lot…and as they were wheeling me out the anesthesiologist asked me if I did drugs at home. 😑

I was prescribed 800mg ibuprofen after my c section and it was denied by UHC. that's all they prescribed me. 🙃
