@diysquid: Should I do a current house tour now? Not close to done but we’ve come a long ways the last 2 years! I love old shitty houses. I love seeing the potential. I love saving them. I love it cause some people don’t think it’s worth it. I love the character. I love how they will outlast any new build. I love it. Now I don’t love the cost of renovations and all the issues old houses have, but that’s another matter lol. Would you have bought this house after seeing it?
