I’m with Scotiabank, when I went through the same thing (2018) with my bank account and credit card (someone I knew frauded me) but they gave it all back. I’m glad you got it sorted 🙌🏼

thats not the case with a lot of customers who lose money, it seems the only way to get money back is to make it public (news, social media, etc). I'm so happy you got yours back. I never answer calls

1/2 - Years ago, my Amex & Mastercard were both compromised a few months apart (by the same business). Amex had SO many charges, covering 2 billing periods - they never contacted me or froze my card.
