Stay away, Beazer has no care after you purchase their home. This happened to my friend @laurenhendricks27 We closed on our Beazer home in 2020. In mid-July 2025, we discovered massive hidden mold contamination throughout the attic, HVAC system, and walls — including improper insulation and signs of long-term moisture. Making our 5 year old hime now unlivable. But what we uncovered next was even more disturbing: ‼️Beazer’s own “passed” inspection paperwork listed equipment that was never installed in our home. We have no idea if what’s actually installed is even up to code — and clearly, it’s not. ‼️The home’s HERS energy rating and square footage were falsified ‼️Even appliances like our dishwasher don’t match Beazer’s signed documentation After more than two weeks displaced from our home, Beazer Homes has offered no accountability and continues to ignore clear documentation of fraud, false inspections, and unsafe construction. We’ve received nothing but deflection, delays, and excuses. And now we’re being told “more documentation needs to be reviewed.” Let me be clear: this is no longer about HVAC reports or mold inspections. This is about unsafe, improper construction — and a complete failure of oversight. So now, we are going public. To Beazer Homes: We gave you every opportunity to do the right thing. You chose silence.
