And I realize that it could be very easily misinterpreted No single food or even way of eating completely solves the challenge of dieting. There’s no shortcut to success. It’s feeling like there’s some part of life you’re missing out on.  I say my recipes are “cheat codes” because they can fit in your diet - they’re designed to be significantly lower calorie, higher protein, and macro-nutrient balanced. But they look, feel, and taste like an indulgence or a cheat meal. You don’t need to sacrifice the foods you love to succeed - you simply need to find ways to adjust those foods to make them sustainable options in your diet.
