Not only do they sense weakness, they sense confidence and like to try and see how far they can get with you. Then if they can’t get anywhere with you, they report you. Such is life as a nurse 🙄

as a social worker get a lot of complaints about staff. I usually say "i understand your frustration, what is it that I can relay to the medical team" then go back and tell them who i spoke to.
