@collegeceliackc: Did you know it’s typically not safe to use the same air fryer for gluten & gluten free food if you have celiac? 😅 Or are you also paranoid about restaurants leftovers until / unless you *know* they’re safe? 🙋‍♀️😂 Because air fryers use a fan to cook food by pushing air around, it could push tiny gluten particles on any gluten free food being cooked in it after. So unless you can clean your air fryer super well & ensure there are no gluten crumbs, it’s better to have a dedicated gf air fryer. 🙃 So I rarely heat up restaurant leftovers in my air fryer (which is honestly *magical* if you’ve never tried it) unless it’s from a 100% gf restaurant. 🤷‍♀️ Like this amazing Salvadorian bowl from the 100% gluten free Monse’s Pupuseria in Colorado Springs. 😍 And on the topic of 100% gf, I am hoping to share a 100% gluten free bakery guide with options in the US who ship nationwide!
