Most insurances will let you refill at the 75% mark I basically get my refills right around my 3rd shot. I call the pharmacy right before the refill to ensure they have it or find one that does. GL!!

My pharmacy doesn’t have my 5.0 zepbound EITHER! I still have a week until I run out, so should I hope for the best?? Ugh 😩

Same here, I was suppose to increase to 7.5mg but unfortunately no pharmacy in my area have this dosage available. However I was able to find 5mg so I will be on this dosage another month.

I was forced to go to compound last year during the shortage. I have recently discovered that Walgreens and CVS are difficult to work with. Grocery store pharmacies are easier AND they take the coupon without argument.

The trick to getting the dosage that you need is ordering it from the pharmacy at least a week before you need to take your shot. I work for Aetna/CVS. They will order your dosage!
