help, all siblings and children have dislocations of the knees in my family. they tell us we are hyper mobile but we are not. No "double jointedness" not flexible, if anything the opposite

I’ve been suspicious of having EBS but…remember there are 13 different types so it can affect everyone differently. I experience gut issues, chronic pain joints, scoliosis on my lower back. etc

The amygdala also grows faster in those with neurodivergence, so we don’t develop the tools for fight or flight, like most neurotypicals

I don't normally correct anyone.. but this is one of the most mispronounced names yet. the long a sound doesn't even make phonetic sense. it's pronounced EH-lers the the sound "meh" short "e"
