the second u give people an inch to complain they’ll take a mile. u can’t keep noise down during renovating so don’t say that. just make a statement, say sorry if it’s loud but should be done by (1)

Just use warm water and sponge then scrape a lot easier than using a steamer and doesn’t crack the plaster 😁xxxx

Hot water with fairy liquid also works great, also spray the walls 20 minutes before you strip them and then spray it again works wonders.

Was it not 5% deposit for first time buyer? So in ur case £7,500? How come u needed 15k did u need 10k deposit then the rest is added extras (legal fee etc) ? Xx

Best we we found to take wallpaper off warm soapy water in a bucket and use a towel (small one) and soak the wallpaper through comes off great 😊
