Mix well before covering and leaving to marinate for a minimum of one hour. 💕When ready to cook, thread the chicken onto skewers. If using wooden ones, soak for 30 minutes.  💕Air fry for 12-14 minutes at 200 degrees celsius, or bake for 15-17 minutes at the same temperature. Rotate part way through cooking.  💕Meanwhile, make the yoghurt sauce. 💕Once the chicken is almost cooked, in a small pan add the butter until melted, before adding in the remaining glaze ingredients, leave over a low heat for 1-2 minutes. Use ½ to brush over the chicken for the remaining cooking time.  💕Toast the flatbreads according to packet instructions. 💕Spread the yoghurt over the base of the flatbread. Top with the pickled red onion and quartered tomatoes.  💕Either top with the skewers to serve, or use a knife to cut finely down the skewer and allow the meat to fall.
