@project_ivel: Build a DIY Outdoor BBQ Kitchen for under £500 🍗 🔨 We built ours two years ago in autumn and it’s been amazing to have bbqs and use the pizza oven all year round! 🙌🏻 Here’s how we did it: - 2x3 treated timber - Decking (10 lengths) - Roof battens (15) - Porcelain slabs (leftover from patio) - Heatproof paint - Ducks back paint (slate) 1. Work out what you’d like in your outdoor kitchen and measure it out to fit your space. 2. Build the frame out of the 2x3 treated timber. 3. Cut the worktop to size. 4. Paint everything near the bbq with heat proof paint. 5. When dry, mount the gas bbq. 6. Clad the outside with decking. 7. Paint all of the wood in your desired colour. 8. Batten out the shelves and inside of the frame. 9. Fit the worktops. 10. Make a up-stand using decking. 11. Built and fit the batten frame to the wall. 12. Add any finishing touches!
