Comments on here 🙄 The seat goes from 4-12 years “pre teen” is within that, so long as he’s under 150cm he’s within the limits. Stop judging other parents! Not everyone was brought up by crackheads.

May I ask how old your child is please? My child is 9 and seems to outgrow his high back however falls asleep on most journeys so want to get him a high back which is likely to last !!xx

If he’s less than 135cm then legally he needs the seat, but high back boosters are recommended to 150cm

I was in a car seat until I was 10, I don’t see an issue tbh. I didn’t mind it and my mum just left me to it, if I was happy then she didn’t take it away until I reached secondary school because she said I might be bullied for still being in a car seat so I agreed to stop using it. I don’t see an issue if the kid still doesn’t mind, he looks comfy so who cares?
