our professor doesn't actually take attendance but makes us do a "participation worksheet" that she uses for attendance and hands out at the beginning of class and makes us turn in at the end.

we had to write our names on a paper and put it on the front table as we left so once i just showed up as class was ending and put my name on that table and turned right back out with everyone else

My online class is like this. 1.5 hour zoom class to go over a PowerPoint we already read. And she gives pop quizzes in the middle of the zoom to take attendance
