@loldarbyfit: What I’m having for dinner to lose fat Chilli loaded garlic bread 1/2 garlic baguette 200g passata 40g reduced fat cheese 150g Vivera plant mince (or lean beef mince) 40g reduced fat cheese 1-2 tsp chilli seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic Jalapeños 1/4 onion 1. Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan, put the garlic bread in the oven 2. Add the mince and fry to brown 3. Add the passata and seasoning 4. Simmer until cooked through 5.
