A better way to test its accuracy is to pour for example a tiny bag of chips, the full thing, and see if it's close to what the bag says.

I have one! I love it! I use it to track more than calories. Protein and carbs too. It’s eye opening at what a serving size truly is for some products. But also you can track your caloric intake on it
