And yet Tamiflu has been recommended for several years now and there’s no benefit? I feel like we’re being tricked into buying expensive drugs without any proof they do what they’re alleged to. 🥺

I never knew this! I have the flu now (also 28 weeks pregnant) and thought “wow this really helped!” Maybe it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting it to be!

Diagnosed with Flu A today. Declined Tamiflu and was pleasantly surprised the provider also doesn’t push it. She mentioned it, but I told her I wasn’t there for a script. I was there for a doctors 📃

I’ve always had success using something like cold ease or other zinc type products to help decrease viral length. But I don’t know if there’s actual research to back that up. Do you know?

My ER doctor told me it wasn’t worth it when I went to the ER with influenza A. And this was back on the 15th of Jan. The side effects are worse.

I quite literally was just in the doctors office 2 days ago and was diagnosed with influenza an and my doctor literally told me all of these things - was super open and honest with me about it!

I gave my 5 y.o. daughter (now 18) Tamiflu after having 105 fever from flu and strep. She immediately vomited and got worse. Ended up back at ER. Never used that crap again 🥴

Tamaflu is 100% ass. I took it within 12 hours of getting sick. I swear, it was worse.
