When my kid was diagnosed 10 years ago (super smart) the Dr said they were like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs…so I think psychologists already knew 🤣

This is what I’ve been saying all along. I’m a teacher. It’s always been around…it just didn’t have a name. Same as ADHD. I was diagnosed late as a child (14) because I was a girl (ADHD)
