Then add the flour and quickly bring everything together with a firm wooden spoon while keeping the flame low. When everything comes together immediately turn off the flame, cover and let cool completely. 2)Then transfer the dough to a plate and add the ghee and kneed by folding and punching while sprinkling the cold water in between, until forms a smooth dough. 3)Divide the dough into 8-10 balls. Take a ball and cover well with kodo flour and roll into a round thin roti. Sprinkle the flour whenever it gets stick. Cook the roti on a preheated pan with medium flame for 3-4 minutes each side.
