I take scoot 3 times Liao, 2 times delay. So now I know Liao, the day after I fly with scoot cannot put any schedule. CONFIRM GOT DELAY 😂

We flew Scoot recently to/from Bangkok - won’t be doing that again. Planes dirty (flight from Singapore to Bangkok had dried vomit on the back of one seat), controls for lights, etc on seats broken, flights late departing. Know they are a budget airline, but cleanliness should be a minimum requirement for all airlines (especially in Covid times).

I had my entire flight cancelled on Jan 31st from Sg to Cebu. I have to travel a day earlier with another airline.

i encounter same situation as the news. scoot did not inform abt flight delay. rather spend abit more on other airlines than scoot after the incident happened to me

Not saying that this is good or bad. We are still blessed cos our SG planes have not stepped into overbooking procedures yet. Once that happens, plane leaves on time but not everyone leaves with it.

My flight booking was cancelled without informing me. Just to find out five days later there is no more flight booking for me. 😭🥺Imagine I didn’t check at all and just realise when I go airport 🥲

This happened to me today , my flight from macau to sg delayed for 3hours without notification😤 .when i ask the staff the answer just “ we dont know why you didnt got the notification. Wth🤒
