over 40 hours of gameplay and I encountered 1 bug that prevented me from finishing a main quest. reloaded a save and it worked

Rain. Either the rain is extremely pixeled and makes it hard to see or there are just black squares through windows and if I'm fighting the screen flashes to black regularly. It's always raining.

This kind of bugs doesnt matter. This game has the biggest script of all games so its normal that there will be bugs. But there is not any gamebreaking bug xD

For me some, cutscenes are miss matched with sound. The sound go on and the images are a bit behind. Makes for some jarring moments
