the team set up is good! but the routine is a little bit wrong ! you should use sucrose ult before using Mona because Mona implied hydro which will change your sucrose ult elements you should use sucrose ult right away to make it cyro because Melt reaction make more dmg than vaponise

Your comp is okay but your rotation is cooked Idk much about arle but I think u can start with arle e Bennett e q sucrose (swirl pyro) mona (ttds) q and then arle and also upgrade your Mona her ult scaling scales off of her talent lvl so the higher the talent the more the dmg boost

id do xinqiu/yelan arle a shielder and anyone else youd like on ur team, note that vape is better for consistency but melt is indeed better for dmg so use melt for nukes

Also the rotation is arlechino skill one,switch to Benny and skill and burst,rosaria burst,Mona burst only no skill(optical), then finally charge atk cancel with arlechino then BOOM BIG PP DMG[wow]!
