That’s insane. We had a really nice exchange student from Germany whos name was a bit hard with the pronunciation, I don’t know if I’m spelling it rigjt but Leone? It sounds easy but it wasn’t lol-

I always ask the students in my library to teach me the proper pronunciation of their names and correct me on my mistakes. Even of it's complicated I do my best. I gotten them all right now this year!

my dad accidentally called my daughter with my nieces name. she started calling him fridge, table, sofa .... anything but grandpa, until he apologised😂😈. call them with a name you choose, not even a real name just a random noun.
