@jamsportuk: Customer bought the car in for one of our Drive-By-Wire Throttle Body Kits to be mapped on the standard ECU along with Newman Camshaft Phase 2 cams. Customer has recently had an engine rebuild and wanted us to inspect a noise from the engine, upon inspection before fitting the camshafts we found the valve clearances to be well above tolerance and also found the new timing chain kit that had been fitted elsewhere, to be too long no allowing the tensioner to take up the slack of the chain. We fitted a new genuine timing chain kit and set the valve clearances using parts we had in stock. We then fitted our Drive-By-Wire Throttle Body Kit and carried out mapping on our dyno.
