Dry Shampoo Recipe Here ⬇️ 📍 SAVE this post for reference and then comment SWAP to do a part two swaps post! Like perfume? Candles? Lmk! I am not perfect or a purist when it comes to be “crunchy” but I do my best to cut back on possible hormone disruptors. I started this focus when I got off of BC and was dealing with hormonal issues, period pains etc. ⬇️ Recipes for different hair colors: Blonde + Grey: ✨ when I had blonde hair, I just used arrowroot powder! Brunette: ✨ mix 1 tablespoon arrowroot, 1 tablespoon cacao powder(can do less cacao if needed) Red: ✨ 1 Tbsp Cinnamon or Paprika, 1 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder Black: ✨ 2 Tbsp Charcoal Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder ▫️ You can double each recipe to make more! ▫️ Simply place the powders in a bowl with lid, then apply with a make-up brush and blend with fingers, or use a puffer spray bottle like this one here! ▫️ You can also adjust the amount of each powder based on your hair color. ➡️ What we put in our skin is absorbed, & our body takes on the burden. Here’s some things I have learn that you can look for: 1️⃣ Synthetic Fragrances is the new second hand smoke they say - it may contain a combo of 3,000 + chemicals, including hormone disruptors & allergen. “Fragrance” is protected under federal law as a trade secret and therefore can remain undisclosed aka they don’t have to tell you what makes up the fragrance. 2️⃣ Xenoestrogens are estrogen hormone mimickers that can be found in things like Parabens, PEGs & phthalates. The obvious thing here is, we do not want hormone mimickers offsetting our hormone balance. Note: Not all PEGs etc. are created equal
