This happened to me but I don’t tell myself to wake up it feels like I open my eyes so wide I wake up in nightmares but I ended wakeing self up into another dream that I thought I was actually awake but could barely move like I was being held down and really had to think to move then falling back into the same other dream my brother woke me out of the dream loop accidentally and my lips were numb. Can explain this to me please

i tried to speak for forcefully and utter words like "help,wake...me...up" I heard that voice outside not in the dream but outside my real body after saying those words I was like being soffucated and tried to catch my breath I heard our bathroom door open outside and I tried to wake up but when I finally opened my eyes I was so tired that u tried to blink but I went back to the same state 😭😭 like I'm traumatized

yeah I'm like so scared about it since somebody d!ed but my friend had it once so I'll tell yall how to stay safe 1.usually there are no people but if there is then if they don't speak at all but when they speak u know it's over for some people but if u have a very strong mind then u will manage to make it 2. if u immediately know because nobody is there then go back to your bed and sleep u will be teleported to the real world 3. if u see wind blowing u might think it's real, but it's still NOT 4.if u see a car with no driver then it's either the driver is behind u or the game is telling u that it's just a dream so wake up 5. u need to practice making your mind strong because people with weak minds usually only survive till dream 10 but the longest a guy stayed was about 200 before he got out really hope this helps also stayed pray up if u never want it to happen byee:3
