@outwithnadia: This weather calls for ramen and there is a new pop-up in London that’s worth a visit! 🍜❤️ @ramenjunkie has popped up at Kaia at @thenedlondon from 20 January for 2 months. It’s the perfect spot for an after work causal dinner in a beautiful setting! We tried: 🍜 Tori Shoyu Wonton Men: Clear heirloom chicken broth, seasoned soy tare, chicken breast “chashu,” chicken wontons, yu choy, and thin rye noodles (£22) 🍜 Lobster Mazemen: Rich lobster broth, lobster poached in ginger-scallion butter, fried shallots, katsuobushi salt, and thick rye noodles (optional caviar add-on available) (£35) 🍜 Vegan Truffled Shoyu Ramen: Truffled vegetable and mushroom broth, grilled maitake mushroom, roasted tomato, yu choy, and scallions (£18) Favourites were the chicken & the vegan ones because they had more broth, which I think let the lobster one down a little especially for the price but so definitely ask for it with more! 📍 @ramenjunkie at @thenedlondon #londonpopup #londonramen #ramennoodles #londonfoodspots #newlondon
