@xoai_tv: Trong giai đoạn phục hồi, sau khi tưới kích rễ được vài ngày, ta tiến hành bón cử phân hữu cơ cho cây ăn nhẹ, nhằm cung cấp chất dinh dưỡng nuôi bộ lá. Sau khi chơi Tết bộ rễ còn yếu nên chúng ta tuyệt đối ko bón phân npk, cây ko những ko hấp thụ dc mà còn gây cháy rễ dẫn đến ch.ết cây. #xoaitv #maivang

10 documents you might need depending on your situation. I'm sharing this again because people keep asking. One documentation delay can lead to delay in your visa processing. A document that was not required in your previous job might be needed now. So don't assume you have everything as rules change. 1. Attested educational certificates Your new employer may suddenly ask for an attested degree, diploma or professional certificate even if your previous employer never asked for it. It might be an updated requirement to process your visa. This can become a headache if your original certificate is still abroad or has not gone through the required attestation chain. Attestation could take weeks to months and that opportunity might be missed. 2. Health insurance continuity Your new employer may need information about your previous health insurance, especially if there is a transfer/continuity requirement or you have dependants covered under your policy. Ask your previous insurer/HR for the relevant insurance documents before your old policy ends. And some insurance providers can give you this continuity letter through the app. 3. Visa & work permit cancellation documents If you are moving from one employer to another, your previous employment/visa status may need to be cancelled or changed. Keep copies of your cancellation papers, cancellation status and any relevant transaction documents. Don't assume your old employer will resend everything later. 4. Police clearance This is a big headache nowadays as many countries have been added to the list. Check early if it is required and get it as soon as possible. You might need it from back home or from the UAE authority. 5. Certificate of equivalency Depending on your profession, employer or educational qualification, you may be asked for recognition/equivalency of your foreign qualification. Don't wait until your joining date to discover that the process takes additional time. 6. Salary certificate / payslips Some employers, banks or other institutions may ask for proof of your current or previous salary. Keep your recent payslips and, where appropriate, a salary certificate showing your position and salary details. 7. Employment / experience certificate Ask your previous employer for an employment or experience certificate. Under UAE labour rules, an employee can request an experience certificate after the employment relationship ends, and it should include information such as employment dates, job title/type of work and last wage. This can be useful when your new employer wants proof of your experience. 8. Professional licence / registration documents If you work in a regulated profession like healthcare, education, engineering, finance or another licensed field, your new employer may need your professional licence, registration, eligibility letter or related documents. Don't assume your previous employer has transferred everything automatically. 9. Passport, Emirates ID & personal documents Keep clear copies of your passport, Emirates ID, current visa/residence details and other identification documents. Check that your passport has sufficient validity and that the information on your documents is consistent. 10. Bank salary transfer records If your new employer needs to set up salary transfer, or you are applying for a bank product based on your employment, previous salary-transfer records or bank statements may be requested. Download important statements before changing jobs. You will be locked out of the system after your last working day. All these documents and more will depend on your circumstance. It's better to get them early or know where to get them before your last working day. Share to help others.
