Tamarind Chutney * Handful tamarind * 2 tbsp sugar * ¼ tsp salt * Pinch (or ⅛ tsp) red chilli powder * Water as needed Method: Boil tamarind in water until soft. Add sugar, salt, and chilli powder. Simmer for a few minutes, then strain. Let cool before serving. Toppings * Green yogurt mint chutney * Tamarind chutney * Hot sauce (optional) Recipe 1. Arrange boiled chickpeas and diced potatoes on a serving plate. 2. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, and coriander. 3. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder(optional) and salt. 4. Squeeze over lemon juice. 5. Drizzle generously with the green yogurt mint chutney. 6. Top with tamarind chutney. 7. Add hot sauce if desired. 8.
