Yup always torque wheels to spec. And I agree with the thread lock on brake components. I’ve never had a wheel off or anything come loose

With wheels I always torque. Doesn’t matter if it’s a customer car or my own car. I give it a blip with the gun and torque em all after. I’m not chancing a wheel off situation

The threadlock makes me so mad I’m at an independent shop and it is so annoying dealing with that stuff I never use it and never have comebacks 🤷♂️

i work at a dealer so it’s a little different than standalone shops but if you are caught not torquing wheels even if you know they are fine, you’re almost always fired
