Today’s kitchen: Bang Bang Shrimp | This is an all-time fave at home and so easy to make! Win-win ❤️ SHRIMP MIXTURE ▫️250 gr shrimp (peeled) ▫️1,5 gr salt (¼ tsp) ▫️2 gr black pepper (⅔ tsp) ▫️2 gr paprika powder (⅔ tsp) ▫️3 gr garlic powder (1 tsp) ▫️1 beaten egg (m) COATING ▫️cornstarch BANG BANG SAUCE ▫️60 gr mayonnaise ▫️30 gr sweet chili sauce ▫️20 gr sambal Wash and peel the shrimp. Place the shrimp in a deep bowl. Add the salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Mix well. Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined. Coat the shrimp completely with cornstarch. Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over high heat (180 ℃). Fry the shrimp until golden brown on both sides. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sambal in a deep bowl. Mix well. Add the fried shrimp to the sauce and mix until well combined. Serve the bang bang shrimp with bread or enjoy them as is. Enjoy your meal! Tips: * Add salt and pepper to taste. * Add sambal to taste. Today’s kitchen: Easy pizza rolls | Serve this with a cup of soup during Ramadan, a perfect combination ❤️ SAUCE ▫️75 gr strained tomato sauce ▫️1 gr Italian herbs PASTRY ▫️270 gr puff pastry (fresh) FILLING ▫️75 gr bell pepper (half a pepper) ▫️35 gr red onion (half an onion) ▫️40 gr black olives ▫️140 gr tuna (in sunflower oil) ▫️cheddar cheese ▫️grated cheese Put the strained tomato sauce in a bowl and add the Italian herbs. Mix well. Take the puff pastry and roll it out on a sheet of baking paper. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on it. Sprinkle some cheese and vegetables (red onion, olives, bell pepper) on top. Add the tuna and sprinkle some more cheese on it. Roll up the puff pastry and cut it into 12 pieces. Take a muffin tin and place a sheet of baking paper in it. This is very important so that you can easily remove the puff pastry and it doesn't stick. Place the filled tuna rolls in a preheated oven at 200℃. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until it is nicely golden brown. Keep an eye on the oven, as every oven works differently.
