Yep, Audhd here. My old manager used to try put me down, and overload me with work. I persisted, the office voted her out, and I eventually became manager and turned it all around.

AuDHD in Management… My upper managers only check in to make sure I’m not overworking and burning myself out. They otherwise let me be completely autonomous - I’m the only one in the management team that gets that freedom.
