My whole family gets reoccurring impetigo inside our nose . We use a gold bond soap to clean it and then we have a prescription cream. You only have to use a little bit and it goes away.

bestie idk what to tell you they swabbed mine and it was negative for hsv... everything except hemroid cream makes if worse I still don't know what it is it shows up once a year

I am not saying this applies to u but my sister used to have something similar and she used 2 be prescribed stuff that contained Sulphur. Only to realize she was allergic to sulphur. Maybe check that

you can literally go to the ER and they give you an ointment one is white and one is clear it's fungus. I used to get it in my nose! it would drop down that fluid IS CONTAGIOUS SO SO
