@jennifer__hagler: How to make cashew creme fraiche: 1 cp raw cashews, soaked for at least two hours and drained 1 tlb apple cider vinegar 1 pinch of salt approximately ½ cup of water to process Directions: Place the soaked cashews, half the apple cider vinegar and salt in your blender and blend together. Add water slowly until the cashews are creamy. Stop and taste the mixture and adjust the flavors with more salt and/or vinegar to your taste.
