@israel_agbovi: I visited a village on an island in the Volta Region last week. In the video, you can see schoolchildren who do this every day to get to and from school. These children paddle a canoe across the lake five days a week just to access education. I was impressed by their will and determination to do this each day in pursuit of education. At the same time, my heart was saddened to see how much effort they have to put in just to attend school. If you find yourself among the lucky few, don’t assume that others aren’t trying.
