Delicious & High Protein Kimbap 🥢 48 grams of protein in this dish! Here’s how to make it: 1. Start by slicing all of the ingredients you will use in the kimbap! The best part of this dish as you can make it however you want, but I think it’s so necessary to have cucumbers, carrots, and daikon radish. So slice these up into long, thin sticks. Cook your eggs in a square pan until it gets spongy and cut them into thin strips. 2. Now it’s time to cook the meat. Use 90/10 lean ground beef (or even leaner to save more calories and have more protein) and cook it in a pan with sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, green onion, and minced garlic. Slice it into little pieces and enjoy! Pro tips: -If you’re having trouble closing the roll use a little bit of rice as glue to shut it. -If you’re having trouble cutting the roll without mushing it, rub a little bit of sesame oil where you want to cut it to get a cleaner cut!
