i use both a satin bonnet & pillowcase. using both helps my hair & skin. also is extra security in case my bonnet slips off or i forget to put it on.

Heatless curls made me have terrible splint ends even with satin scrunchie and satin rod. Idk if it was the friction or what

Just don’t do heatless curls everynight, excessive use of anything will eventually lead to damage over time.
