ive been doing this for almost 2 years now and it healed my lower back. i did back extensions+superman. never knew the science/ concept about this till i watched the vids. it works.

I can do longer than 2 minutes for multiple sets. I’m trying to go for longer. I don’t get pain in my back, it just feels like a pump

should i still train upper back (bench press,pullups,tricpes,biceps etc) with a sore lower back causing tingling pins and needles in right side of back and glutes,hamstrings and feet?
