Salaams. I have a couple of issues/ queries with my ring which I hope you can help resolve. How do you turn the vibration feature back on? Sometimes it turns off and I don't know how to get the vibration back. Secondly, the ring at intervals keeps flashing blue and then a white light comes on and then it switches off. I can't use my ring unless I go on the app and press the find my ring feature. I have to do this several times a day and this does not seem normal to me.
