my husband 100% has this. I sleep with ear plugs in and still hear him. He's been referred to the sleep clinic but it's at least a 2 year wait 😢

Having stopped breathing I use to immediately sit up gasping for air panicking. I don't go anywhere without my machine.

fun fact... you can have sleep apnea and not be a snorer or making sounds. I have sleep apnea and make little to no noise per partner. So I was surprised to be diagnosed.

i felt my face getting sore with my mask , and my friend recommended using a sensitive washing up liquid, when washing my mask this definitely helped

My husband is still waiting on the nhs to be treated for sleep apnea. private medical does not cover treatment for this condition.

This is my first week of using my CPAP and omg what an absolute change, don’t feel tired in the day and just feel like I’ve had the best night sleep, & yes the other half approves 😂🙌
