had suspicions today my face flush was because of mcas - allergy doctor said i only have utacaria im convinced its mcas since i had covid hives regularly until i started pepcid and allegra but today facial flushing was a first - asked my son if i looked sunburned it felt like it too glad this came up when i typed i facial flushing — downnnn the rabbit hole i go ! happy healing everyone !

Just recently had my GP tell me he thinks I have MCAS and this happens to me all the time. My cheeks will get insanely red and hot seemingly for no reason but my forehead is fine.

Wow my face has been doing this for a year now and my doctor initially thought lupus but my ANA has stayed negative and I havnt heard of MCAS really

I swear it’s related to how we r breathing too, like maybe not getting enough oxygen like holding our breath when laying down with our phones ..that’s usually when it happens to me
