If you put the cheese in the freezer for a little bit before shredding, it won't "mush" as bad in the grater. I've used that "hack" since I was a kid

this reminded of a coworker at chipotle that got hire when I got hired and he was convict, part reform program situation. he made me cry everyday, I quit and then he was fired 3 weeks later. 😭 they couldn't fire him when I was still there.
