if he's having migraines like that and it's been months I would definitely have him seen by a Dr to make sure there isn't anything wrong .. sending you lots of prayers

Definitely get me one I suffer horribly from migraines and my head is always hot. Don’t understand why your head is hot when you having a migraine.
