I have adenomyosis and been offered endometrial ablation my symptoms are bulky uterus on scan adenomyosis and pain more pain than anything not heavy bleeding just what looks like skin in my periods I don’t know what to do

I'm back at the gynaecologist in March to agree to hysterectomy they've offered me in Dec said have a think about it make sure it's what you want see you in 3 months so I'm hoping it won't be long now
