there's a study that showed 71% of participants dx with fibromyalgia actually had small fiber neuropathy. this was true for me as well, it helped me get the biopsy

I had a perfect Enid Blyton type childhood but I did have glandular fever at 16 . I wasn’t particularly ill. I am however being tested for MS which I think makes more sense than fibromyalgia.

I was diagnosed about 10yrs ago and tbf to my dr he did send for testing for a lot ranging from arthritis to MS but I feel a lot more people are readily diagnosed these days.
