@devinedwelling: Because it allowed me to make so many (sssssoooooo many) more decisions after that. It was the first stepping stone to completely transforming my life. In the first picture I was abusing alcohol, taking rx drugs when I went out, on antidepressants, running to burn calories and eating a very low fat diet and I was married with 2 kids. I was living in my dream home and vacationing in fabulous places. In the second picture, I’m sober from all substances, medication free, lifting weights and doing short bursts of cardio and enjoying long walks. My diet is high fat and I’m divorced with 3 kids. (Same dad) 😒 I am living in a rental, I haven’t taken a vacation in years and I’m happier than I’ve ever been. Losing everything gave me everything and I’m so happy to be here.
