My 8 month old lovesss it! 𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐈 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐒𝐘 𝐓𝐎𝐓𝐒 𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔: * 2 medium potatoes, peeled & boiled * 1 head broccoli florets, steamed * 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for added texture/bind together) * Parmesan or cheddar cheese, grated 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔: 1. Boil or steam your broccoli & potatoes until soft (check with a fork). 2. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray with oil 3. Place cooked broccoli and potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. 4. Stir in the cheese until evenly distributed. You can also add breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt for extra flavor and texture, but these are optional. 5. Using your hands, form small tot shapes or balls from the mixture. The mixture should be soft but hold together. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden. 7. Let them cool before serving. Suitable from 6+ months.
